Who are we?
Botanica Wholesale Florist is a distribution company of fresh cut-flowers and floral supplies who sells only to the retail trade and exempt non-profit organizations. We do not offer our products for sale to the general public. After customers have been approved, we establish a non-taxable account in our system for each client. We assume that all purchases are going to be for resale and will not be used in the regular course of business. Once we have received all required business information, you will be contacted by one of our sales consultants.
How do I open an account with Botanica?
You will have to fill and send the following information and paperwork online, by fax, email or in person: Credit Application(required), Guaranty, Texas Resale Certificate(required) and Credit Card Authorization.
How do I apply online to open an account with Botanica?
First you will have to fill and save in your computer our pdf forms: Guaranty, Texas Resale Certificate(required) and Credit Card Authorization.. Then fill our Online Credit Application and attach saved forms.
How do I apply by fax, email or in person to open an account with Botanica?

How do I place an order with Botanica?
Customers may call, fax, email, or use our online system to place orders and/or prebooks. Fax, e-mail and voice-mail systems are available for placing orders 24 hours per day seven days per week. Click here for information about how to contact us!
What are the hours of operation?
Our Sales Consultants are on duty as follows: Monday - 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Tuesday through Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 3:00p.m. and Closed Saturdays and Sundays .
When could I expect my delivery?
For Monday prebooks: Orders placed before 4:00pm Friday can be delivered the following Monday early morning. However we recommend giving us your prebook order Thursdays to assure availability of product. Some special orders for weddings and events may require at least one week notice. Orders placed before 9:00am Tuesday through Friday will be delivered same day by one of our regular morning delivery routes and orders placed before 1:00pm Tuesday through Friday will be delivered same day by one of our regular afternoon delivery routes. Note: Some of our out of town deliveries may have different days of service. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and there is a delivery charge of $10.00 for every stop inside the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area and $15.00 for out of town areas (East,North and South Texas).
What is the credit policy of Botanica?
Unless credit has been established, all orders are C.O.D. or paid via VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
What is the return policy of Botanica?
We stand behind our product 100% of the time. However if there is a problem with your delivery please follow these procedures: Inspect all merchandise upon receipt to ensure you have received the correct product and if there is a problem with your delivery please contact your sales consultant within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide the date and invoice number for the merchandise involved, as well as the reason for the request. Please keep products in appropriate climate environment until pick up and return it in original packaging. If you have cut and processed your product, your sales consultant must be made aware prior of returning it.
